Microsoft Business Development Manager

Pylones Hellas SA, a leading Greek IT System Integrator, member of a group of companies with continuous and successful presence in Greek market for more than the last 23 years, is looking for highly motivated professional to cover the position of Microsoft Business Development Manager.

  • Identify opportunities and needs of mid to large Enterprises across industries in Microsoft cloud technologies and products (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365)
  • Contact customers to develop relationships and sales
  • Turn opportunities to prospects and qualified leads and convey them to the Sales
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure requirements are met and provide input of how customers can capture value with Microsoft’s cloud technologies
  • Maintain a strong understanding of products and services (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365); position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences
  • Be the main point of contact for Microsoft’s customers, provide technical product overview and insights
  • Ensures continuous and good knowledge of competition
  • Keep close cooperation with Presales, procurement, and technical department
  • Identifies industry trends, new products and technologies, market activities
  • Prepare and send reports to the Sales Manager and participate in tactical meetings
  • Participate in vendor’s training
  • Occasional short-term travelling and participation in industry events

  • 4+ years’ sales experience out of which 2+ in selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 to large enterprise and corporate customers
  • Knowledge of enterprise software solutions and cloud platform competitor landscape is a prerequisite
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications; Dynamics CRM or other CRM experience
  • Business orientation and approach in Sales
  • Proven experience in handling mid and large scaled enterprises
  • Sales oriented and result driven personality
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing and/or Sales Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English
  • Driving license
