Pylones Hellas announces about how the tool "Grammi tou Dimoti”, meaning the “Citizens Line", has become a useful resource, which aids to the everyday operation, to an increasing number, of Greek municipalities.
The tool, which is provided in the form of Software as a Service (SaaS), has already been used by 10 municipalities. Even more municipalities have expressed their interest on acquiring this product, which is driving to the expectation that the number of organizations, which will use the product, will be increased in the following months.
